Go to File and drag down to New Stack
Go to File and drag down to Save Stack As
Title your stack first name and last name initial: Joe C.
Drag toolbar to side of screen.
FIRST CARD
• Go to Objects drag down to Stack Info. . .
• Click on Change # of Colors and Size to A Whole Bunch
• Go to File and drag down to Add Clip Art.
• Choose their picture (name)
• Cut by dragging tool across the picture, click on OK
• Click on mouse in middle of their picture and drag to place on card
• Choose color and drop paint
• Double click on the T on the toolbar, choose font, size and color
READING CARD
• Use your tools to create favorite character/reading interest.
• Go to Objects and drag down to Add a Text Item
• Click on the center of rectangle and you are able to move it, to resize slide over to "racing ants" and small arrows should appear, click and drag.
• Click outside of rectangle and choose color, click on Style, choose font and size.
• Begin typing in your information
BUTTONS
Go to Objects and drag down to Add a Button
For Reading Card they should choose an icon, pick a color
Place button where they want it on their card
Click outside of button
On this screen click Another Card
Click on an Arrow and find thcard this button will connect to (their first card)
Click OK
Choose a transition
At this point they can choose Play a Sound, pick the sound they want
Try the button, make sure the browser hand is chosen.
MAKE SURE THEY SAVE STACK WHEN DONE OR WHEN ONE CARD IS COMPLETED WOULD BE A "SAFETY" MEASURE!!!
