Prairie Runner Kennels is owned and
operated by Dewayne and Joanne Kuykendall of Lawton, ND. Their kennel
consists of 15 sprint racing Alaskan Huskies. These dogs are bred
specifically for speed. Careful consideration is given to certain
desirable characteristics such as a compacted paw, which frees the
dogs from accumulation of snow between their paws, stamina for short
distances, temperment, and attitude. These dogs average 55 pounds at
maturity.
